Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) remains open to provide meaningful services and assistance to individuals and families in need. The health and safety of our community, staff and volunteers are of the highest priority and we continue to carefully monitor and adhere to state and county Health Department guidelines and directives. We ask customers to please call ahead to schedule an appointment or speak to staff who can help you complete applications and forms, facilitate enrollment in programs or ensure you receive the assistance that you need, all remotely to the extent possible. Food Pantry: Assistance is available Monday through Friday in both Cayuga and Seneca Counties. You must call ahead 315-255-1703 (Cayuga County) or 315-539-5647 (Seneca County). Food Baskets will be brought out to your car. Mobile delivery is available upon referral.

Domestic Violence Services: 24-Hour Hotline 315-255-6221 is available 7 days a week, all calls are confidential. If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911. Advocates are available 24 hours a day to provide assistance and information. If you or someone you know needs help, please don’t hesitate to call.
