COVID-19 and Christmas Elf

For more than three decades, the Christmas Elf Program, through the generosity and kindness of our community, has been a shining light for countless families during the holiday season.  This year, we are asking for your help, now more than ever.

The families we serve are facing unprecedented challenges due to COVID-19 and we want to bring hope and normalcy into their homes this Christmas. As with almost everything in 2020, the program must to adapt to protect the health and safety of our families, our staff and volunteers, but we are committed to serving as many children as possible. Your donation can help make that a reality!

Together We Can Make a Difference

***Christmas Elf Distribution Scheduled for Thursday, December 10 has been cancelled***
Families will still receive assistance, but it has been delayed.
We have spent countless hours over the last few weeks working to ensure that Christmas Elf distribution could happen as scheduled. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel tomorrow’s pick up event. COVID has impacted every aspect of this program from how it is administered to pushing back our distribution. We have exhausted every available possibility to this point.
We will be mailing envelopes to the enrolled families next week (in part to ensure the health and safety of families, staff and volunteers). More information will be provided.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We know firsthand the impact COVID has had on our community and we our working hard to make the holidays brighter for local children and families in need.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Due to COVID-19, we cannot accept toy donations this year, however we hope you consider providing a monetary donation that will directly go towards holiday assistance to families in need.
