How to Help

In 2025, Christmas Elf served 1,394 Cayuga County children and their families. The program is made possible by the generosity of our community. We anticipate a greater than normal need in 2026 as families continue to face increased financial strain this year de to rising costs of essentials like food, housing and utilities. For households already living paycheck to paycheck, these added pressures make it difficult to afford holiday gifts or special meals. Programs like Christmas Elf ease that burden, bringing joy, dignity and hope to families who might otherwise go without during the holiday season.

Donations: Monetary donations are greatly appreciated and help make this program possible. Donations can be made online from the link above or by check made out to CSCAA (reference Christmas Elf in the memo) and mailed or dropped off to: CAP, 89 York St, Suite 1, Auburn, NY 13021.

Toy Donations can be dropped off at CAP Monday through Friday from 9 am-5 pm or purchased through the Amazon Wishlist (link at the top) and shipped directly to CAP.
